She was amazing. My cat came back squeaky clean. She showed us the video of her doing the grooming and she was like a ninja/machine. Got all the claws and de-shedded her perfectly. She even put a cute bow on my cat for forth of July (unfortunately she took it off immediately and hated it 😂)

When my first groomer couldn't confirm i reached out to their live chat and was able to get another. I would have expected that to be more automated but in the end it worked out great since we ended up with Raiane and she was the best.

Raiane is the best!!! River is a big scaredy cat and she made him feel safe and happy. They came out of the van best of friends. Can't say enough good things about Raiane. We will definitely request her next time.
