Our general recommendations are to pluck the ear hair on a regular basis to avoid buildup of dirt & ear wax and it's much easier on us and your pet to pluck a little ear hair then to wait and have a ton to try to remove at once. Removing a lot of ear hair can create irritation and so our policy is that we are happy to do it but if you choose not to, then it needs to be done at your veterinarian to avoid complications.
Once the customer selects one of the packages associated with the mobile van service, we will assign you a van at your desired time. The van will arrive near your home where the pet owner will be responsible for dropping off and picking up their pet. Yes both mobile and in-home grooming have an option of 1 or more dogs. You must simply go through the booking process and select yes on the “add another pet to this appointment” prompt. Once that is selected it will require you to select the pet(s) you wish to be added from your pet profiles.
Yes, you can still book an appointment. However please note that due to this circumstance groomers may start your grooming appointment later than originally scheduled. The groomer will allocate the best possible area to start the grooming and complete your service the most effective way possible.
We offer a full grooming service for both cats and dogs in our GOLD package while also offering a bathing service for cats and dogs in the SILVER package.
