The notes from your previous appointment show that Tango had shown signs of possible aggression and had been sent back by other groomers in the past. Because this information wasn’t added by the previous groomer, Robert chose to cancel the appointment without charging you any handling or cancellation fee at that time. Since all groomers on Groomit are independent contractors, we don’t assign or manage them directly. We’ve gone ahead and blocked Robert from your future requests so he won’t be assigned again.
