Booking is very easy and communication throughout is great. Very happy with the results. She looks great and smells great and for some reason came back into the house with a burst of energy so we think she approves too. LOL

I love Alberto. He remember exactly what I wanted. He did not cut her ears and tail down as requested because I wanted her ears long and he didn’t touch the tail. The only thing is I did not smell cologne on her and that was OK because I have two bottles from the previous groomer in New Jersey, where I used to get it done for her. I was given a bottle because the other groomer forgot to put the cologne on her but it wasn’t the same brand. Otherwise, I’m perfectly happy and she looks adorable! I have no complaints. I love Alberto!! He’s always very pleasant and professional, and I’m booking with him again!
