Rasul did an absolutely wonderful job grooming Ely! From start to finish, he provided excellent customer service. He communicated with me throughout the process and kept me updated on his arrival time, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, Rasul was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with Ely. He made sure Ely was comfortable, and I could tell afterward that Ely had a great experience—he was happy, relaxed, and looking adorable with his fresh summer haircut! 🐶❤️ We truly appreciate the care, patience, professionalism, and attention Rasul showed. His service went above and beyond, and I’m so happy we found such a great groomer. We will absolutely be booking with him again! Thank you so much, Rasul, for taking such wonderful care of Ely!
