Groomit has proven to be a great service and a lifesaver to those who cannot get their animal reliably groomed. Our elderly cat was not quite well enough, or at least we thought he didn't need the stress of a car trip in his age. Groomit has offered convenience and accessibility to animals who otherwise may not receive the help they need. Grooming isn't just something that fancy dogs and cats get, lots of animals need their coats removed to get real relief. Our cat cannot groom himself any longer due to age. We have been through random groomers, to our own attempts to do it ourselves. When he has really needed it most, Groomit has been there to make sure he has what he needs. My one complaint would be the price is a bit high. However, I understand all the trucks, accessories, delivery to your own door, and whatever other logistics makes costs rise. They were friendly and did an awesome job. Our families cat Bandit needed grooming very badly, he had fleas and lots of flea dander, he was getting old and needed help. They made sure to completely get him all the shaving and cleaning he needed. They were relaxed, and made sure our cat got breaks when he needed it. Overall they did an awesome job. 5/5

My dog, Mr. Bentley, started off a little shaky. However, thanks to Yvonne's patience, kindness, and expertise, he was completely calm by the time his grooming was finished. Yvonne did an exceptional job and treated Mr. Bentley with such care and compassion. Her professionalism and gentle approach made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Yes. Groomit provides reviews for individual groomers so pet parents can learn about other customers' experiences with a specific professional. Groomer profiles can also show ratings, completed appointments, experience, and other information that can help you choose a groomer for your pet.

Any complaint about grooming quality must be submitted to Groomit within 48 hours of the appointment, with the appointment ID, your account email, and timestamped photos. Groomit reviews the claim and, where eligible under the satisfaction guarantee, may offer a re-groom, credit, or refund. Your review remains visible either way.

Yes. Ratings and completed appointment history feed directly into Groomit's Best Match algorithm alongside your pet's breed, size, service type, and location. Groomers who consistently maintain high ratings receive more matches, and groomers who fall below Groomit's standards may be removed from the platform.
