This was our first time using this service and I can’t recommend it enough! I booked the day before (so great availability) and I was a little hesitant at first because our boy is only 8 months old and a little anxious. But Roman showed up right on time, was so professional and most importantly gentle with our boy even picking him up for me to get him into the van. He came out with his coat so shiny, smelling great and his nails perfectly trimmed that we will absolutely use them again!

I love using Groomit this is my 5th using them. I do feel it is a little expensive and wish they had a credit system of how many times you use them. My recent grooming was $236 which I completely understand because he was super matted so it definitely wasn’t Roman fault. I just wish for recurring customer we get alittle discount but either way I’m gunna continue using Groomit because they are reliable and always on time !
