He was very friendly and talked to me through the whole process. This was my first time ever having a cat go to the groomer. I didn’t know what to expect. But all my concerns went away when I messaged him with a few questions definitely will be booking him on the regular. Have to book my other cat now just so she doesn’t feel left out.
