Ocean was spectacular, my dog is special needs and despite her being scared of men, he was able to work with her and complete all the services requested. Ocean took the time to talk with me about Foxy and her grooming and anxiety needs and we worked out a contingency plan if Foxy was not able to control her anxiety before I ever brought Foxy to the van. This few minutes of conversation led the successful experience for us all and I’m beyond grateful he didn’t rush me and her through the process like a conveyor belt! I will be requesting Ocean specifically for future services. Excellent professional, excellent results, grateful customers! Thank you, Sir!!!
