We booked at Petsmart’s for my mother in laws dog who had not been groomed in months and needed one asap to stay in our house. We went to petsmart and turned him away because of his age and some lesions on his skin. I frantically looked online for someone who would take him. Kim was available within 4 hours. I am SO grateful for this service and the wonderful care she took of lucky!
