Man Y is an incredible groomer. He is gentle, patient, and has a natural way of handling dogs—especially seniors—with so much care and compassion. Both of my dogs always feel comfortable with him and come back looking absolutely beautiful. His attention to detail is excellent, and it’s clear that he truly loves what he does. Man Yan was absolutely amazing with my dog, Sirius. I’m usually very nervous about trying new groomers, and I had been struggling to find someone patient, professional, and genuinely caring. Finding Man felt like perfect timing. From the moment we arrived, he was calm, kind, and incredibly patient with Sirius throughout the entire appointment. He listened carefully to my feedback, kept me informed during the visit, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and his positive energy really stood out. It’s clear that he truly cares about the dogs he works with and takes pride in what he does. He has amazing energy and I will absolutely be booking with him again. Highly recommend!

Chopper looks gorgeous! I have a 13 year old male toy poodle who over the years has increasingly become more anxious during grooming. Man Y. was perfect for Chopper’s personality. He spent time greeting Chopper at the door so they could get accustomed to one another. He didn’t baby Chopper but worked quietly and efficiently, making a relaxing “sh-sh-sh” sound when Chopper was fidgety. Man arrived on time and with everything he needed. I mean everything! So professional. If needed, he even has a groomer’s table in his car. (I purchased a groomer’s table recently after a groomer spent the entire session in the bathroom with Chopper). I showed Man a couple pics and told him how I wanted Chopper trimmed. He listened and trimmed Chopper just as requested. Chopper’s toenails which have made a “tap, tap, tap” sound for years were trimmed (grinded) and for the first time Chopper’s paws don’t bother him after playing outside. I don’t know how Man did it.
