I can’t say enough good things about Christopher! He was incredibly friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the specific needs of my mixed-breed dog’s coat, which I really appreciated. He went the extra mile by grounding my dog’s nails instead of clipping them, ensuring a smooth finish and more comfort for my pup. It’s clear he truly cares about his work and the animals he grooms. My booking experience relates less to the recent booking but more to the overall issues I have encountered. It is really not clear on the booking about "rebooking" and I continue to get charged a lot of money. In addition, the last groomer Jessica cancelled several appointments and led me to believe she was starting her own company. She also could not handle my dog as she "cut" him with scissors rather than the normal way as all of my former groomers have done. As a result, he continued to get further matted. She did not have the kind of control she should have had. It should be automatic or show up, which I think is purposeful. This has led me to rethink whether I use Groom-it again, despite my LOVE of Christopher as a groomer for my dogs.

He was the most outstanding groomer I have had at Groom-it. Christopher had a depth of knowledge about grooming that went far beyond the typical and any of the other groomers I have had to date. He also communicated with me throughout the process AND gave me ongoing tips about the care of my labradoodle. Handled my temperamental dog with confidence and sensitivity.
