Problems with tech support trying to get an appt cancelled b/c driver van had tech issues then rescheduling the next day when our groomer didn’t show availability but we agreed he could fit in the grooming appt then not being able to reschedule but having to separately ask to schedule a new appt. Way too difficult having to ask the exact question several times worded a different way each time until the question was actually read, understood and answered without ending my question and problem with a can’t help, the end.

The absolute best groomer in the world. When there was a scheduling issue, he went out of his way and his own time to make sure our dogs were able to be groomed. He always asks us for grooming preferences and treats our dogs very well. They’re always happy to see him.

Qaadir was so amazing for my pup’s first professional groom. He was so gentle and soft spoken with her as he saw she was very timid; that honestly reassured me that she was in good hands. Once her appointment was over, she clearly looked to be better acquainted with him so I know she was treated just fine, wiggles and all. I’d definitely book Qaadir again for peace of mind with my baby. She looks good and smells amazing!
