Neil is an angel, my Spike is not always easy to handle. He’s senior and anxious and can be so restless when getting groomed. Neil was able to groom him AND keep him happy - I’ve never seen Spike happy after getting groomed, usually he’s grumpy and distraught from the anxiety of it all but this time he exited the grooming van tail wagging jumping around and visibly happy. I’d recommend Neil for all dog grooming needs - especially seniors. Aside from the grooming Neil showed up on time super friendly and welcoming, he listened to my wants and needs with Spike, and he was smiling the entire time. He has great energy and such a pleasant aura. I’ll definitely be requesting him for all of Spikes next grooms!

Neil was absolutely amazing! This was hands down the best grooming experience my dog has ever had. From start to finish, Neil was professional, friendly, patient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He took great care of my dog and made the entire process stress-free. The haircut came out perfect, by far the best haircut my dog has ever received. The attention to detail was incredible, and my dog looked and smelled amazing afterward.
