I’ve had a great experience using the Groomit app! This is now my second time booking a grooming appointment through the app, and the entire process has been so easy and convenient. I love being able to schedule everything right from my phone and have a professional groomer come directly to me. The app is simple to use, convenient, and makes getting my dogs groomed so much easier than having to bring them back and forth to a salon. I’m really happy I found Groomit and especially happy it connected me with Chris. I’ll definitely continue using the app for future appointments! 🐾❤️

This was my second time bringing my dogs to Chris, and once again I had such a great experience! After my first appointment with him, I knew I wanted to come back, and he definitely did not disappoint. Chris is so kind, patient, and caring with my dogs, and you can genuinely tell that he takes pride in what he does and cares about the animals he works with. My dogs came out looking and smelling amazing, and I was so happy with how everything turned out. I also really appreciate how comfortable I feel leaving them with him, because finding someone you trust with your dogs is so important. He pays attention to the little details and makes the entire experience easy and stress-free. After two great experiences, I can confidently say Chris has become my go-to groomer. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely great with dogs. We will definitely be back! ❤️🐾

It was Benji’s first groom w Christopher and I am so happy w his results. He’s not supposed to be a shedding dog-but he does. A LOT. Christopher gave me a brand new dog. He looks incredible. Still scruffy (as he’s supposed to be) but not messy, just handsome.

I’m absolutely obsessed with how my dog came out! 🥹🐾 he did such an amazing job and had him looking SO cute, clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed. You can tell he takes his time and genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. I’m super picky about who I trust with my baby, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He looked and smelled amazing! Definitely found our groomer and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend! ❤️🐶✨

FAQ

After each completed grooming appointment, pet parents are invited to leave a review through the Groomit app or website. Only customers who have booked and completed a service with Groomit can submit a review, helping ensure that the feedback comes from people with actual Groomit service experiences.

Yes. Groomit reviews are connected to completed customer bookings, meaning reviews come from pet parents who have actually used a Groomit grooming service. This booking-based system helps customers evaluate Groomit and individual groomers using feedback from real service experiences.

Yes. Groomit provides reviews for individual groomers so pet parents can learn about other customers' experiences with a specific professional. Groomer profiles can also show ratings, completed appointments, experience, and other information that can help you choose a groomer for your pet.

No. A customer must have a completed Groomit booking to submit a review. This booking requirement helps keep reviews connected to actual Groomit appointments rather than allowing anyone to submit unverified feedback.

Yes. Groomit aims to provide a transparent view of customer feedback, including positive and negative experiences. Reviews are not removed simply because they are negative. Reviews may be removed when they contain offensive language, personal information, or violate Groomit's community guidelines.

Yes. Some reviews may include a "Groomit Response" when the Groomit team or the groomer provides clarification, addresses a concern, or explains how an issue is being handled. This allows customers to see that feedback is being acknowledged and addressed.

Groomit reviews can help pet parents compare groomers based on experiences shared by previous customers. Looking at a groomer's ratings, reviews, experience, and completed appointments can give you additional information when deciding which professional may be a good fit for your pet.

Groomit ratings and reviews provide feedback from customers who have used the groomer's services. Reviews can give you insight into customers' experiences with grooming, communication, professionalism, and how their pets were cared for. Groomer profiles may also provide information such as experience, completed appointments, and total ratings.

Groomit ties its review system to completed bookings, so customers cannot simply submit a review without having used a Groomit service. This booking-based approach is designed to make the review system more reliable and give pet parents access to feedback from genuine customer experiences.

Groomit's Reviews page currently displays more than 47,000 Groomit reviews and a 4.8-star rating, along with Google reviews shown separately on the page. Review counts and ratings can change as new customers complete appointments and submit feedback.

Reviews are one channel, but service issues are handled through support. Any complaint about grooming quality must be submitted to Groomit within 48 hours of the appointment, with the appointment ID, your account email, and timestamped photos. Groomit reviews the claim and, where eligible under the satisfaction guarantee, may offer a re-groom, credit, or refund. Your review remains visible either way.

Yes. Ratings and completed appointment history feed directly into Groomit's Best Match algorithm alongside your pet's breed, size, service type, and location. Groomers who consistently maintain high ratings receive more matches, and groomers who fall below Groomit's standards may be removed from the platform.

Contact Groomit support at help@groomit.me if you need to correct or withdraw a review. Reviews are not removed for being negative, only for offensive language, personal information, or breaches of Groomit's community guidelines.
