I’ve had a great experience using the Groomit app! This is now my second time booking a grooming appointment through the app, and the entire process has been so easy and convenient. I love being able to schedule everything right from my phone and have a professional groomer come directly to me. The app is simple to use, convenient, and makes getting my dogs groomed so much easier than having to bring them back and forth to a salon. This was my second time bringing my dogs to Chris, and once again I had such a great experience! After my first appointment with him, I knew I wanted to come back, and he definitely did not disappoint. Chris is so kind, patient, and caring with my dogs, and you can genuinely tell that he takes pride in what he does and cares about the animals he works with. My dogs came out looking and smelling amazing, and I was so happy with how everything turned out. I also really appreciate how comfortable I feel leaving them with him, because finding someone you trust with your dogs is so important. He pays attention to the little details and makes the entire experience easy and stress-free. After two great experiences, I can confidently say Chris has become my go-to groomer. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely great with dogs. We will definitely be back! ❤️🐾

I’m absolutely obsessed with how my dog came out! 🥹🐾 he did such an amazing job and had him looking SO cute, clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the very beginning, he was absolutely wonderful with Zeus. Zeus is a long-haired cat and can understandably be a little nervous about grooming, but he handled him with so much patience, kindness, and care. It was immediately obvious that he genuinely cares about the animals he works with and takes the time to make them feel as comfortable as possible. What really went above and beyond, though, was how he handled an unexpected medical emergency with me. During the appointment, I ended up fainting in the grooming van due to a medical condition. When I regained consciousness, I was extremely disoriented, and he was incredibly calm, compassionate, and helpful. He made sure I was okay while still making sure Zeus was safe and well cared for.
