It’s super challenging to find a good groomer for a kitty and thanks to groomit it’s possible. I’ve done two grooming sessions so far and I have mostly positive feedback. On the con side it is pricey and I don’t believe that you can request a groomer that you know and like - it’s a new groomer every time.

Pedro did an amazing job with my 12 year old Main Coon kitty. He trimmed her tummy and legs fur which is very challenging and previous groomer couldn’t. I would only schedule him going forward I just don’t know if the app allows it.

This was a very helpful experience. Especially for animal owners who know their fur babies don’t do well with travel. It was easy, right outside my home made it very convenient. I was able to have my booking replaced to an earlier day in less than 30 minutes. I found a person I want to continue future grooms with. Thank you! Smokey and Reba are very happy we found Groomit.

Pedro was absolutely amazing. Smokey is a very sensitive and scared cat. I just adopted him a month ago. I was very nervous Smokey wasn’t going to let anyone groom him because of how scared he is of people. Pedro was not only very understanding of how scared Smokey was but he was VERY patient and kind with him. Smokey is looking and smelling his best. Immediately when he was back inside his home he was so much more comfortable with all the mats in his hair gone and feeling so much lighter on his feet. Book with Pedro, he is a talented groomer, an animal enthusiast and someone I intend to keep as my long time groomer.

The groomer Surpris is a violent animal abuser. My dogs hip was dislocated so badly that we needed emergency surgery to cut the Femur head and neck. One leg is shorter now. At only 2.5 years old, my dog has experienced significant pain learning to walk again. Groomit did nothing about it. Even after I reported him, he kept trying to steal the appointment. I was booking with another Groomer. That was just plain insulting.

Yes. Ratings and completed appointment history feed directly into Groomit's Best Match algorithm alongside your pet's breed, size, service type, and location. Groomers who consistently maintain high ratings receive more matches, and groomers who fall below Groomit's standards may be removed from the platform.
