Antonio didn’t do anything I paid for him to do. He didn’t wash my cat,he didn’t clip his nails, he didn’t give him a sanitary shave, he didn’t shave his paw pads. So I basically got scammed. All Antonio did was brash my cat and use dry shampoo on him. I could’ve done that myself. It took me a few days to notice that nothing had been done bc my cat was never in bad shape to begin with. He is not that dirty or matted bc I keep up with his coat. He just sheds a whole lot which is why I booked this service in the first place bc I thought if would help with the shedding which it did. However, literally all Antonio did was brush my cat really good. Nothing else. Being as though my cat was never that dirty in the first place once Antonio gave him back to me and I seen that his tail was noticeably brushed out and thinner I assumed that everything else on my cat was properly maintenance so I didn’t check to see if everything that was supposed to be done had actually been done. which is my fau

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Antonio enough! He is absolutely amazing with Bentley. From the very beginning, Antonio has been incredibly communicative, patient, kind, and gentle with him. Bentley was originally very fearful and nervous about grooming, so finding someone I could truly trust with him was extremely important to me. Antonio has never rushed or overwhelmed him and always takes the time to make Bentley feel safe and comfortable. With every appointment, I can see such a noticeable difference in Bentley’s confidence and how much more comfortable he is with Antonio. It means the world to have a groomer who genuinely cares about Bentley and understands that building trust takes time. Antonio’s patience and compassion truly show in the progress Bentley has made. We are so grateful to have found him and would recommend him without hesitation, especially to anyone with a nervous, anxious, or fearful dog. 🐾❤️
