45 minutes late. Paid for both anal gland expression and de-shedding. He was wet when I picked him up, and still shedding hair. She did not confirm that his anal glands were expressed, her exact words were “anal glands ok,” when I asked her if they were expressed. I don’t know what that means relative to the question. Were they expressed or were they not expressed? This is a sloppy job, and I’m going to request a full refund and challenge the charge if I don’t get it. I will not use your services again and I will advise everyone else not to use your services, either.

Maria did an amazing marathon groom on my 5 animals. She was so kind to all of them and they look stunning! Finding someone to handle three cats and thoroughly clean them is a Godsend. She also gave a very detailed report on their temperaments and what she did to accommodate their needs and wants. Having this information is essential as a pet owner and also shows how well she can read a fur baby in her care!
