Groomer acknowledged the type of service/cut I specifically requested for my Bichon Frise. I totally thought she understood and would adhere to the specific instructions I gave her. After retrieving my dog, I immediately realized she totally did not listen and gave my Bichon a haircut as if he was a Poodle. I expressed my disappointment and I never received any credit for the large amount of money I paid for this service. I will not use GroomIt again. Also, the groomer arrived approximately 1 hour late.
