She was so nice and caring! This was my cat’s first ever grooming. His fur was seriously matted, and it took a lot of work on her part. She liked my cat and he liked her!

I have a very sweet golden retriever 6 month old but he growled when she immediately took out the nail grinder even though I told her in advance that this was his first experience. She immediately brought him back and said she can’t handle him. In fact, he’s so scared of his nails being done since then that the vet has to do it. I should be suing her for traumatizing my dog. She was supposed to be a professional groomer. I expect groomers to be able to handle dogs. She should leave this profession
