The app itsself is veryveasy to use and self explanatory. Its a little pricey if you are on a budget but at the end it all boils down to the care and safety of my pets well being. So its worth EVERY penny.

The groomer did mostly what we requested. It was just an issue with my pets ears and a certain look I was expecting but it wasnt that big a deal. Overall the groomer thatvworks on our baby is AMAZING and this is the ONLY reason why we continue to use this service. Hopefully next time the ears will come out the way I like.
